Please join me and David Emmit Adams in Mesa, AZ for 4 days of wet plate photography in the field, hosted by Medium San Diego.
This is the second year both David and I will co-teach a western workshop together. We offer participants the rare opportunity to deepen their practice in the field while exploring the western landscape. Using this historic photographic process. we provide both period and modern equipment. During the workshop we will explore multiple facets of the wet plate process, working with both metal plates and glass positives/negatives. Participants will learn ways to refine their skills required to maintain a studio practice and working remotely in the field.
